In the Netherlands, Collins Aerospace has created an Innovation Hub, whose role is
to support the development of advanced technologies for aircraft interior products.
The main focus of the Hub is sustainable advanced materials, innovative designs and
manufacturing technologies.

Description:

Development of Project Management (PM) and Business Intelligence (BI) tools for
various internal and external innovation projects. The internship will be in the
Innovation Hub of Collins Aerospace where all the projects are on innovation for
aircraft interiors products. Collins Aerospace has a very broad portfolio of products
for interiors, such as seats, aircraft kitchen equipment, avionics, lavatories etc. In the
Hub, the development that we work on is for instance sustainable materials, or
technologies improving passenger cabin experience. Hence, the innovation
management internship will be touching on all the aircraft interior technologies that
are being developed in Collins globally. We are looking for a student who will work
on process improvement and tool creation for better project management practices.
For this internship, we need a proactive student and a fast learner with a critical
mindset.

Profile: MoT or CoSEM Master's student
Period: 12 weeks (full-time), October - December 2024 (flexible and can be modified)

Location: Houten, the Netherlands (hybrid option possible)
Salary: 600 EUR / month + transportation costs
