Teaching Assistants for TB231C Systems  modelling 3 - ABM (Q1 2026-2027) 

We are looking for teaching assistants for the course TB231C Systeemmodellering 3  (ABM-Part) starting in September 2026. 

REQUIREMENTS 

• You have experience with Agent-based modelling 

• You have experience with Python (mesa library). If you have followed sysmod3, sysmod4, or SEN1211, that is usually enough 

• You like to help teachers and students and want to learn about teaching and  supervision 

• You are a good communicator and a good listener 

• You have a strong sense of responsibility 

• Spoken language: Dutch or English 

CONDITIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT 

Fixed-term contract: ~4-5 hours of workload per week throughout the course and  additional hours for helping with final exam and retake assessment. 

You will be paid on an hourly basis via FlexDelft and the total number of hours may  change depending on requirements of the course. 

EXPECTATIONS 

You will be expected to assist in the following tasks: 

• Helping students during the practical sessions (werkcollege) every Wednesday  13:45-15:45 

• Written feedback for students’ assignments 

• Support for grading
