About SiRM

SiRM offers a challenging and inspiring work environment with top-level strategic consulting assignments in healthcare. Our work is socially relevant and has a real impact. We combine the craft of strategic consulting with in-depth knowledge of healthcare and the healthcare system. With our well-founded advice, we enable executives and policymakers to develop sustainable strategies or policies. Our approach is highly analytical, often supported by data and metrics whenever possible. Additionally, we utilize qualitative research methods, such as interviews and workshops. We provide strategic advice, conduct research, and perform (policy) evaluations. For instance, we may help a hospital develop a new strategy supported by quantitative analysis or evaluate the impact of policies on the quality of care for a ministry. We also facilitate collaborative strategy development, guiding multiple parties toward a shared strategy or policy. Our advice is independent, always grounded in a societal perspective.

From day one, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the work, such as conducting analyses, interviewing stakeholders, facilitating meetings, drafting reports, and creating and delivering presentations. Focus on Development

At SiRM, your development never stops. You’ll work on challenging projects tailored to your skills and preferences. Throughout these projects, you’ll receive feedback from colleagues and clients. At the start of each project, we discuss the goals and challenges for every team member. You’ll also have regular discussions with your mentor to evaluate progress and determine what’s needed to achieve your ambitions. We offer a comprehensive training program to enhance your consulting skills, subject-matter knowledge, and personal effectiveness.
