Job Description:

About NIBC Investment Partners

NIBC Investment Partners is the private equity team of NIBC Bank since 2016 and has developed into a successful business unit with 10 investment professionals and approximately EUR 300 million under management. We invest in minority equity positions of successful Dutch mid-sized companies providing risk capital to accelerate growth initiatives (e.g. internationalization, product development, acquisitions, etc.) or buy-outs. Currently we have over 15 companies in our portfolio in various segments. Examples are Rolande, where we, together with management acquired the company to boost its international growth plans and contribute to fossil-free road transport by providing BioLNG. Another example is Trymax, a high-tech company that develops chip machinery for the semi-conductor industry with presence in Europe and Asia or CostPerform, a B2B enterprise SaaS company that developed a proprietary cost-and performance management software solution, with a global customer base.

As part of NIBC Bank’s strategy to focus on consumer and asset-backed financing, the team is currently in an advanced stage of a spin off from NIBC Bank to create an independent position in the Dutch private equity landscape
