NIBC Investment Partners invests in successful and mature companies with strong management by providing risk capital to help realize their (international) growth or buy-out plans. Working at NIBC Investment Partners will help you gain you valuable insight, skills and knowledge of private equity.
We invest in minority equity alongside entrepreneurs which makes for dynamic investment trajectories and close involvement with our portfolio companies. Currently we have over 20 companies in our portfolio in various segments. A typical example of a NIP investment is Rolande, where we, together with management acquired the company to boost its international growth plans and contribute to fossil-free road transport. Another example is Trymax, a high-tech company that develops chip machinery for the semi-conductor industry with presence in Europe and Asia.
What will you do?
You will work in a compact and experienced investment team offering you the opportunity to be an integral part of the deal team. Your will work on the following activities:

Identifying interesting investment opportunities (deal flow)

Conducting valuations and other financial analyses

Performing market, industry and company specific analyses and due diligence

Preparing documents for company visits and investment committee meetings

Executing transaction activities including financial analysis, transaction documentation and process management
Who are we looking for?

Master student of an academic (Financial) Economics study or a technical study with a strong affinity with finance

Distinctive academic results as well as extra-curricular successes

Strong analytical and numerical skills

Outstanding verbal and written communication, fluent in Dutch and English

Strong drive, ambition and determination

Communicative, eager to learn, entrepreneurial, ambitious and flexible
