Critical Minds is an interim and consultancy firm that has grown into an organization of around 40 professionals since its founding in 2012. Our people, whom we call Critical Minds, give our clients the tools to take control. This means that we work daily on topics such as project management, process optimization, project control, and organizational development for our clients. We know our way around the construction, maritime, offshore, and energy sectors. Additionally, we're not afraid to explore new paths.

Our Critical Minds approach every project with a smart toolbox and a unique mindset. We quickly find our way because we are naturally curious, connecting, honest, and critical. We are full of energy and get to work immediately. No lengthy reports filled with management jargon, but concrete advice and hands-on execution. We think and we act. We map out processes and collaborate with all levels of the organization to make improvements, which are then implemented. Our mission: positive impact through successful projects and putting people in a state of flow!

From your start at Critical Minds, we help you discover and strengthen your talents. Our project management traineeship gives you the tools and, more importantly, insights into your talents and preferences, providing you with a solid foundation to grow into a senior role. During the three-year traineeship, you will follow our WISE program, which includes monthly training sessions with a group of colleagues who have just started as well. These are technical training sessions and sessions focused on professional skills. Additionally, you’ll go through a comprehensive personal development program, guided by an external coach, which will help you grow into a young professional.

In addition to learning, you will also work with our clients. As a Critical Mind, you will be involved in large technical projects in the energy, construction, and maritime sectors. In your assignment, you will support project teams by providing insights into the planning and progress of projects. With your sharp perspective, you will help improve processes and collaboration. By gaining work experience in a project environment and working alongside other Critical Minds, you will quickly develop into a change consultant or project manager, for example.

Every month, we organize an open house event where you can get to know Critical Minds in an informal setting! We conduct a business case, where you can get a good impression of our work, and then wrap up with our cozy Friday afternoon drinks, where you can meet our Critical Minds.
