Junior Consultant Tech Strategy

What impact will you make? 

Within the Technology Strategy & Operating Model (TS&OM) team you help (international) companies rethink, reshape and redesign their technology organization to make it future-proof. We help our clients translate relevant market and technology developments into a specific and value-adding strategy. 

The TS&OM team, which consists of about 35 colleagues, focuses mainly on developing technology strategy and -vision, as well as how to incorporate a new tech strategy into the technology organization (designing the Technology Operating Model). 

This is how 

• work on the intersection of business and IT; 

• develop creative IT and Tech Strategy solutions; 

• be up-to-date with technological advancements (e.g. Cloud and AI); 

• facilitate client workshops; 

• support the project management process; 

• help customers determine what impact new technological developments can have on their organization, and how to derive value from them.

You will share your expertise with about 150 other colleagues in the Technology Strategy & Transformation (TS&T) team that is part of Deloitte Consulting. TS&T specializes in answering all the questions CIOs might have and consists of four teams: 

• Technology Vision & Architecture 

• Technology Strategy & Operating Model 

• Technology Transformation & Acceleration 

• Enterprise Service & Process Management 

Within TS&T there is close cooperation and collaboration with (international) colleagues. We facilitate content discussions and trainings and are very involved in the individual development of everyone within the team.

• a strong passion for IT, which is reflected in your study, committee or work experience; 

• a great sense of responsibility, a lot of ambition, and a willingness to learn;
