NIBC Bank is seeking a talented and ambitious Analyst to join our growing Corporate Banking team, specifically within the Digital Infrastructure sector. NIBC has been a leader in digital infrastructure debt investments, financing deals ranging from EUR 10-50m. In this sector, we have built a substantial portfolio of fiber and data center investments.

This is what you’ll do

As an Analyst in the Digital Infrastructure team, you will become a core member of our execution and portfolio management team, assisting in origination of new clients from our headquarters in The Hague. You will be actively involved in various stages of transactions, including:

  • Deal Execution: Assisting in structuring and closing new transactions, including writing credit proposals and supporting negotiations.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitoring the performance of existing transactions and ensuring the ongoing management of the portfolio.
  • Financial Analysis: Performing detailed market, industry, and company-specific analyses, along with due diligence on potential clients.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Contributing to sector-specific projects by working in interdisciplinary deal teams.
