Title: Client Success Internship – Egham, UK and Barcelona, Spain
About the role:
The Gartner Client Success Internship is a broad encompassing, dynamic, and challenging role that will provide you the opportunity to work with Gartner leadership and clients while utilizing both quantitative and qualitative analytics techniques to analyze data, problem solve, and find solutions that help our clients make the right decisions.
You will be successful in this role if you are an analytical thinker who is excited about helping Gartner’s clients solve some of their most pressing business problems. Having a passion for personal development and the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively will also be key. We provide regular feedback to help you develop business skills and leadership traits, and the contacts you make across the organization will become the foundation of a valuable professional network.
What you will do:

Participate in client interactions and calls to learn to manage relationships with a variety of client professionals and leaders in IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales practices ensuring they are successful in the utilization of their Gartner subscription, resulting in customer satisfaction, retention, and growth

Team with internal partners to ensure we deliver significant value to clients

Work on team projects and initiatives to streamline activities that support continuous improvement programs
What you will need:

Proven track record of excellence fueled by critical thinking with a passion for problem solving and working with clients

A strong student background with demonstrated leadership and work experience; Degree in Science, Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, Product Development, or Business, preferred

A proactive nature, with ability to self-start

Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple items

Ability to synthesize and organize information into meaningful content

Fluency in both English and one of the following: Dutch/ Italian/ German/French/Arabic/ Norwegian/ Swedish is preferred

You are available to intern during summer 2023 for 10 weeks and graduating between December 2023 to July 2024
